Low Season*
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is payable within 14 days of making the reservation. Final payment is due on departure. If the booking is made within 14 days of arriving, a deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
High Season*
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is payable within 14 days of making the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 14 days of arriving, full payment is required upon booking.
All credit card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge.
CANCELLATION
- If a booking is cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival, dates can be changed or the deposit is refundable.
- If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, then all monies paid shall be forfeited.
